It’s Quarantini Time!

It has been a strange time. In the beginning of lockdown I really wasn’t drinking all that much because the weather was so dreary and there really didn’t feel like there was much of a point to. But now that the weather has drastically improved, I have been having some quarantinis. And apparently, I have been taking a lot of photos of them as well. So please enjoy some photos of amateur cocktails, beers and other assorted seltzers.

Pacific (left) and Goose Island PSF (right). Both are great summer beers. Pacific is a good Mexican beer that is easy to drink SPF is summertime beer that Goose Island offers that has hints of passion fruit, but it isn’t overpowering in the fruit department.

I picked up a growler of Bleacher Berries (left) from Lucky Dorr, which is one of my favorite neighborhood bars. On the right is another local beer from Pipeworks Brewery. Mostly picked it for the packaging.

Sometimes it’s nice to have pre-made cocktails (left). This one was strong. They have several varieties that you can find at Binny’s. I also tried the Truly Lemonade pack and it was actually really refreshing. A little sweet, but I didn’t mind.

My friends sent me some of this Hoxie Peach Blossom Rose from Foxtrot Market that was super yummy (left). And a new flavor of La Croix to me (right).

A true quarantini cocktail (left) and a recipe courtesy of Trader Joe’s that I did try and it was really tropical and yummy.

Drink responsibly šŸ˜‰
