The Best Exercise Dresses
It seems like every brand has an exercise dress and I love it. These dresses are great to throw on in the summertime. They make getting dressed a no brainer and are also perfect for when it’s hot out because they’re made of performance fabrics. I went through and picked my favorite workout dresses below. There are of course many more dresses offered by different brands, but these are what I think the best are, at a variety of different price points. I don’t think you can go wrong with any of these dresses.
Outdoor Voices Exercise Dress – This is the original exercise, which I’ve had for years. Built in bike shorts and comes in a ton of colors. Can’t go wrong with it.

Old Navy Active Dress – Only comes in three colors, but very affordable and Old Navy often times has sales as well. This dress also has a built in shelf bra, but no built in shorts.

Amazon Workout Dress – A great budget option with a ton of different colors. Built in leotard underneath.

Abercrombie Traveler’s Dress – I’ve heard great things about this dress and it comes in so many colors. Abercrombie also does a lot of sales, so you can snag a deal too. The straps are convertible, with built in bike shorts.

Girlfriend Collective – They have several different styles, with some neutral colors. This brand does a great job of inclusive marketing and has the best size range.
