What I’ve Read Recently – March

I was on a tear this past month with my reading and cranked through 5 books (even though I finished Golden Girl a few days into this month I’m still counting it). I finally got on the Colleen Hoover bandwagon along with everyone else and their mother ๐Ÿ˜‚. I feel like I also read a good variety of different types of books and different genres, which I enjoyed as well!

Beautiful World Where Are You – I was given this book from my friend and I was vaguely familiar with the author because of Normal People. This book was interested because I enjoyed Sally Rooney’s writing style but also felt like not a lot happened in the book. It truly is a few normal people and the stuff that happens in their lives. I wouldn’t purchase this book, but if you’re interested check it out from the library. 3.5/5

It Ends With Us – My first foray into Colleen Hoover books and I enjoyed this one! I did end up liking Reminders of Him a bit more, but this was still a good start. Definitely recommend checking it out if you have been wanting to read a Colleen Hoover novel. 4/5

The Last Thing He Told Me – This was recommended to me based on my past book purchases so I figured I would give it a try. It is a more suspenseful novel, but definitely not a thriller. It does require you to suspend your disbelief, but I still enjoyed it. 4/5

Reminders of Him – I got through this book in a matter of days because I had to know how it ended. I was reading it on an airplane and the flight attendant stopped me and asked how I was liking it ๐Ÿ˜‚. Worth the read. 5/5

Golden Girl – I love a good Elin Hilderbrand book. They transport me to a beach in the summertime and sometimes that’s what I need in a book. Pick this up if you need a beach read. 5/5

What I’m Reading Next

Warlight – I finished Golden Girl so fast I needed to pick a book from my shelf because the next book I ordered wasn’t going to be here in time. This will be very different for me, so we will see how I like it!
