Studio Three offers cycle, yoga and interval classes with two locations (Lincoln Park and River North)

We’re back today with another fitness related post. Chicago has such a wide variety of fitness classes, studios and gyms that finding one you like just requires you to try a few! I would recommend trying a few different studios to find one you like. Usually studios will offer discounted or free classes if its your first time.

Lululemon Lincoln Park Studio

Some of my favorites include:

  • Soulcycle: cycling class with locations in Lakeview, Old Town, the Loop and the North Shore. Like a dance party on a bike. Use my link if you want! https://www.soul-cycle.com/r/WBJp5ntq/
  • Studio Three: three different classes are offered here (cycling, interval and yoga). Two locations (River North and Lincoln Park) with a Graze inside that makes delicious smoothies and acai bowls.
  • Barry’s: interval/HIIT class with three locations (River North, Lincoln Park and Wicker Park coming soon). One of the hardest classes I’ve ever taken.
  • Shred 415: interval/HIIT class that is very similar to Barry’s. Also offers child care and has multiple locations!
  • Lululemon Lincoln Park: this is the first concept store/studio that Lululemon has come out with. Try the first week for free with classes like yoga, yoga sculpt, mediation and HIIT.
  • Orange Theory: locations nationwide that also offers HIIT style workouts.
  • F45: many locations that offer interval training. I have not been yet but I’ve been wanting to try.

Other options:

  • Outdoor Voices often offers free classes at their studio in Lincoln Park that are definitely worth checking out! Here’s the link: https://events.outdoorvoices.com/
  • Southport Fitness: solid gym that is on the more affordable options and they also offer classes.
  • ClassPass: take a bunch of different classes at different studios.
  • CAC: the Chicago Athletic Club gyms have locations all over the city and are a solid mid-level gym.

I’ve included some workout staples below. Hope this post was helpful!
