The $10 Miracle Water You Need for Your Hair

I have curly and frizzy hair and for years I neglected my hair and focused much more on make-up and skincare. I still don’t like to spend too much on hair products though. So when a product comes out that is both affordable and effective…sign me up. Enter the L’Oreal Wonder Water. I was trolling Target’s website (common past time) and I happened upon this product. *$9.99….better hair in 8 seconds…hold the phone. *Adds to cart.

Several shipping days later, the Wonder Water arrived at my door. You are supposed to first shampoo, then apply the water and then condition after. The application is kind of goofy, as the water is very watery and comes out of the nozzle very quickly. There are lines on the bottle to indicate how much product to use. I find that I don’t need as much as they recommend, which makes it last much longer. You get it all over your hair for 8 seconds and then rinse and condition.

Per L’Oreal, Wonder Water has with moisturizing agents, protein & amino acid that target damaged areas of hair, forming thin layers called lamellas to smooth hair’s surface. When I first used the product, I could feel the difference in my hair. It felt so smooth and silky right away. My hair felt like I had left a deep conditioning mask on for 20+ minutes and not this watery product for 8 seconds.

After applying my typical post shower products to my hair, which I wrote about here, I could tell I had fewer fly-aways and my hair did look less frizzy. It is recommended you use the water 3-4 times a week, so I just use it every other day and I can tell the difference when I use it. I would recommend picking it up next time you’re at Target or buying something from Ulta. It’s worth trying considering it only takes 8 seconds πŸ˜‚
