Best Purchases of 2020

Following up on my Best Purchases from Amazon, this is my Best overall purchases list. This year was different in almost every way (obviously), and that shows in my favorite purchases as well. I really tried to focus on buying things this year that would improve my quality of life, or make me happy. Of course there were things this year that I bought that now seem unnecessary due to the very strange outcome of this whole year ๐Ÿ˜‚ . But these products are the things that really helped me and were worth spending my money on. Several of these I have whole posts written about, which I will link as well as the products will all be linked. The order of this list is from least expensive to most expensive.

AE offline Leggings. I wrote a whole post about how much I love these leggings, so it’s no surprise that these are on my favorite’s list. These are super affordable leggings that are super soft. Highly recommend picking up a pair, and they are almost always on sale.

Paula’s Choice Exfoliant. This is a newer purchase, but it is already making such a difference in my skin, I wanted to include it in this list. This is a cult favorite product for a reason and it is a bit pricier than I normally spend on some of my skincare, but its 100% worth it. If you struggle with acne, this is a must buy.

CC Cream. I have had this product for almost a full year and has been my go-to foundation almost everyday. I have a blog post here about my everyday make-up. This is a really solid CC cream and I find that it works really well, provides decent coverage and sits on the skin really well. Will definitely repurchase when I run out.

Nespresso pods. I talk a lot about how much I like my Nespresso machine, which was one of my favorite purchases of 2019, so I had to include the pods as my best buys of 2020 ๐Ÿ˜‚ . I like all the pods that Nespresso makes, so I would recommend buying a variety pack if you want to find a new favorite.

Mejuri Hoops. Another item I have written a whole post about. These are my everyday earrings and I just love them. High quality and beautiful design.

Parachute Cloud Quilt. I also wrote a post about how much I like my Parachute quilt. It is pricey, but I love the way it looks and the overall feel and function of it. A really nice piece of bedding.

Peloton Bike. The most expensive item on this list, and also my favorite. I wrote a whole post detailing if I think the bike is worth it, and spoiler it is. When gyms shut down here I needed someway to workout. At first we bought a more affordable bike, which saved us the first couple months of quarantine. Once we realized gyms weren’t going to feel safe for a while we invested in a Peloton. It has saved my sanity.
